Stirrups  add strength to resist sheer failure and sometimes are not necessary.  We’re not engineers, but making each  layer continuously reinforced at very small increments (determined by RPM of Fiber Distribution Ring) with fibers that are stronger and lighter than steel seems…good?  Initial tests without the stirrup geometry are exciting.  When the TNSR delivery mechanism can deliver Spectra with Graphene stirrups on the inch, throughout the slab, that will be revolutionary!
