With over 20 years of experience in Global New Product Development (NPD), he has led high-impact launches across more than 20 countries, ensuring technical excellence which translates directly into commercial success. Walter believes that even in a high-tech industry, progress is driven by people.  His approach combines deep technical insights with a focus on collaborative teamwork and face-to-face customer engagement. By bridging the gap between intricate solutions and target-driven goals, he helps organizations navigate today’s evolving global landscape

John “JJ” Jones

John “JJ” Jones is a U.S. Navy CDR (ret) SEAL veteran, operations leader,

and entrepreneur with experience supporting mission-driven organizations across defense, training, and community-focused ventures. He has served in senior operational roles overseeing partnerships, program coordination, and large-scale event execution involving military, public safety, and private-sector stakeholders.

JJ is also the founder of regenerative land and wellness initiatives focused on sustainable agriculture, veteran support, and long-term community impact. With a background in marketing and international business, he brings a practical, systems-oriented approach to leadership, helping organizations translate vision into execution while balancing growth, integrity, and purpose.

Marbert G. Moore, III

Marbert G. Moore, III is a seasoned mechanical engineer and leader with over two decades of expertise in new product design,

development, and electro-mechanical systems across semiconductor, energy, automotive, consumer electronics, dental, and oil & gas industries. Holding a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University, he has held key roles including President and Senior Engineer at Willow Street Design, VP of Engineering/R&D at ClearCorrect (scaling the company from $12M to $50M annually leading to acquisition by Straumann), Director of Engineering at Deepflex, and Program Manager at Concurrent Design, where he managed multimillion-dollar projects and outperformed specifications. Marbert excels in delivering full-cycle engineering solutions, from business planning and on-site assessments to advanced finite element analysis (FEA), dynamic simulations, and innovative designs using tools like SolidWorks, Cosmos, and ProE. His contributions include pioneering products such as the hubless Willow Wheel, iMir satellite radio mirror, Talki Bluetooth intercom, and specialized equipment like robotic arms for semiconductor polishing, high-precision automated systems for thin film deposition, and large-scale rotating platforms for oil & gas pipe manufacturing. With four issued patents and several pending, he has driven significant improvements in equipment uptime, capacity expansion, throughput, and reject rate reductions from 25% to 3%.Committed to practical problem-solving and team leadership, Marbert bridges technical innovation with operational efficiency, ensuring projects meet stringent performance, safety, and cost goals while fostering collaborative environments that turn complex challenges into sustainable successes.

Miguel A. Pavon

Miguel A. Pavon is a bilingual (Spanish/English) geographer,

planner, and environmental engineer with over 25 years of expertise in regional planning, cartography, geospatial data management, and cross-border resource strategies. Beginning his career in 1996 with the Texas Water Development Board, he has led multimillion-dollar projects in lidar acquisition, flood modeling, hazard mitigation, and broadband mapping, while contributing to publications like the Atlas Nacional de México and peer-reviewed analyses of infrastructure in underserved communities.

As an adjunct professor at The University of Texas at Austin’s LBJ School of Public Affairs since 2011, he teaches GIS applied to public policy and data science. Recognized with awards like the FEMA Outstanding Achievement in Mitigation and the Governor of Texas commendation for disaster response, Miguel brings analytical clarity, innovation, and practical problem-solving to advance sustainable development and resilient infrastructure.

Jaydeep Panchal is a dedicated automation engineer with  years of experience in the textile handling field.

He specializes in streamlining processes and optimizing machinery expenditures to achieve the most productive factory environments.  Specific detailed textile experience in the world of fibers, both synthetic and natural, and winding technologies, enable the production of the most cost efficient and versatile packages in the market.  Development of Special Purpose Machines (SPM)  for any factory need, low or high volume,  are a specially respected talent.  Plastic injection molding  expertise is also in the talent stack.

Jessie Perez is a highly experienced CDL-licensed concrete pump operator and business owner with over 25 years in the concrete pumping industry.

As Owner/Operator of JPK Concrete Pumping LLC, he delivers reliable, high-quality concrete pumping services across  the Central Texas region.  Renowned for technical expertise, quick problem-solving on challenging jobs, and strong relationships with local concrete plants, mixer drivers, and contractors, Jessie stands out as a collaborative team player—readily integrating into job site clusters and serving as a go-to 911 pump operator for out-of-area companies facing mechanical or technical difficulties. He consistently arrives early, stays late to ensure project success, maintains meticulous site cleanup, and keeps his equipment impeccably clean, reflecting his unwavering commitment to professionalism, dependability, and exceptional customer service for both new and loyal clients
